About the Role
Our international clients based in Lisbon are seeking multilingual professionals to join their teams in customer service and content moderation. These openings are for full-time, on-site roles located in Lisbon, Portugal, offering multiple start dates in the coming months.
Key Responsibilities and Roles
- Serve as a Customer Support Specialist or Content Moderator to assist users and maintain content quality based on assigned projects.
Language and Salary Details
Candidates must be proficient at a C1 or C2 level in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish), or other European languages. Monthly gross salaries range from €900 to €1,500 depending on the project and language market.
Relocation Support
- Flight reimbursement to Lisbon may be provided depending on the project.
- Company-supported or subsidized accommodation options are available.
- Help with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding processes will be offered.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in one of the target languages along with dependable proficiency in English.
- Possession of a valid EU passport or a legal work permit for Portugal is mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to relocate and work physically at the Lisbon location.
