Role overview
iMusician is hiring a multilingual Artist and Label Relations Executive to support independent artists and labels in English and Spanish, with German as a strong advantage. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week with a hybrid-remote working setup.
The role is centered on multilingual customer support, requiring someone who stays organized, works well independently, and has a track record of handling customer interactions successfully.
What you will do
- Act as the initial contact for both new and returning customers.
- Handle customer questions through the support platform.
- Address product and service concerns by understanding the issue and coordinating with internal colleagues.
- Help maintain service quality targets and a consistently high customer satisfaction level.
- Support improvements in workflow, efficiency, and response time.
- Translate website copy, marketing content, and internal materials.
- Spot and escalate technical slowdowns and software bugs proactively.
Your background
The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English and Spanish at business level and writes clearly in both languages. German language ability is considered an advantage. Applicants should be based in Berlin and hold a valid German work permit.
Previous experience in customer service is expected, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. A calm, patient, and solution-focused approach is important, as is a genuine interest in understanding and helping customers.
Experience with writing content and translations in the relevant languages is a plus. A strong interest in music and a good understanding of the music industry are highly valued.
