A leading Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator in Southwest Texas seeks an accomplished executive leader to oversee two busy locations, with growth opportunities including a potential third store within 2-3 years. This opportunity welcomes experienced multi-unit General Managers ready for advancement or seasoned Chick-fil-A Directors eager to elevate their leadership careers. Key Qualifications
- Previous management experience within Chick-fil-A is mandatory; applications without this will not be considered.
- Experience at Director level or higher within Chick-fil-A is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume restaurant operations, leading teams, and achieving results.
- Willing to relocate to Southwest Texas.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
Primary Responsibilities
- Integrate swiftly into the organization, leveraging your expertise to add immediate value.
- Collaborate closely with the Owner/Operator and executive leadership to drive growth objectives and maintain Chick-fil-A standards.
- Guide restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.
