About the role
HeiBa GmbH Personalvermittlung is looking to place a Montagehelfer (m/w/d) in March, Baden-Württemberg. This position focuses on hands-on support in the production and assembly of wooden windows and related components.
Responsibilities
- Prepare wooden windows and carry out sanding work.
- Assemble window frames and sashes.
- Install fittings, seals, and other components.
- Work on timber elements using machines and hand tools.
- Carry out quality checks on completed work.
- Pack finished windows and get them ready for transport.
Requirements
- Practical manual skills are required.
- Previous experience in woodworking or window manufacturing is an advantage.
- You should be reliable and able to work well in a team.
- A careful and accurate way of working is important.
