About the Role
HeiBa is presenting an opportunity for a printer in Lahr/Schwarzwald. The company has been supporting businesses in personnel services and recruitment in Southern Baden for more than 20 years.
In this role, you will work with modern production equipment in the print sector and contribute to smooth, high-quality manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate modern production systems in the printing area independently and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Monitor and manage the complete printing workflow.
- Carry out quality checks during production.
- Set up and run printing machines.
- Maintain and care for the equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs when needed.
Requirements
- Completed training as a media technologist for print, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with modern printing machines and production systems is an advantage.
- Good technical understanding and practical manual skills.
- Dependability, ability to work in a team, and an independent working style.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Solid knowledge of quality inspection and troubleshooting in the printing process is beneficial.
