Mombasa Warehouse Specialist

Role Overview

Sunda International is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for its Mombasa operation. The role focuses on keeping warehouse processes orderly, accurate, and efficient while supporting day-to-day inventory flow and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Duties

• Maintain 6S standards across the warehouse and keep improving FIFO practices so stock moves in the right order.
• Supervise the receipt and dispatch of goods, making sure all handling follows the correct procedures and runs efficiently.
• Protect inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels closely and carrying out routine stock counts.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervising team.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A degree in mathematics or another quantitative discipline is preferred, especially one that shows solid numeracy and sound judgment with calculations.
• Prior experience in warehouse or supply chain management is an advantage.
• The candidate should be a fast learner with a strong willingness to develop new skills.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Mombasa, Mombasa County, Kenya.
