Modern Work Consultant – Teams Phone (m/w/d)

Role Overview

In this role, you will shape modern voice and communication solutions around Microsoft Teams Phone, helping customer environments run reliably and efficiently. The position is based in Munich and focuses on implementing, migrating, and operating complex telephony setups.

What You Will Do

• Deploy Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and ensure dependable telephony for customers.
• Design intelligent voice architectures that support effective communication.
• Support migrations to Teams Phone and maintain secure, interruption-free operations.
• Integrate SIP trunks, VoIP components, and existing PBX systems into Microsoft Teams, including SBC configuration.
• Handle number porting activities, keep the solution stable, and maintain quality through CQD and Call Analytics.
• Use your additional focus area strategically within projects.

Second Specialization Area

• SharePoint: Organize digital workspaces, translate requirements into clear information architectures, and support data migrations.
• Collaboration Governance: Define collaboration guidelines in Microsoft 365, assign roles and lifecycle rules, ensure compliance, and embed these standards into practical operating models.
• Power Platform: Build solutions with the Power Platform, connect systems, and improve processes.
• AI Solutions: Improve work and processes using Azure AI and Copilot, while embedding AI responsibly into everyday work.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Teams Phone and migrations from PBX environments.
• A structured, solution-oriented working style with confident customer communication.
• Curiosity for new technologies and openness toward innovative solutions.
• Ideally, additional experience in Microsoft collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, or Copilot.
• Confident communication in both German and English.
