About the opportunity

TD serves more than 11 million customers across Canada through branch banking, phone banking, digital channels, and automated banking machines. The organization is expanding its mobile mortgage sales team and is looking for experienced sales professionals who can build business, grow a customer base, and strengthen client relationships.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys working independently, taking initiative, and developing mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other sources of influence. The position also supports a flexible work arrangement to help maintain work-life balance.

What you will do

You will drive mortgage development activity, manage sales efforts through a dedicated sales management system, and work closely with a Senior District Sales Manager. The manager will support your progress through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.

You will receive targeted sales training to strengthen your sales capability and credit knowledge, along with onboarding that helps you integrate into the team and corporate culture.
