You will receive focused sales training to strengthen both your selling ability and your credit knowledge. TD also provides onboarding support to help you settle into the role and integrate into the company culture and team.
Your manager will actively support your progress through joint sales calls, monthly coaching conversations, and guidance through a sales management system built specifically for this channel. The role also includes the essential tools for a home office, such as a laptop, email and network access, and a monthly phone allowance.
