Role summary

Deliveroo is hiring a Mid Market Account Manager in Abu Dhabi to look after a portfolio of restaurant partners, with emphasis on strong-performing local gems and selected national chains. The role is centered on helping partners grow, improving how they operate on the platform, and strengthening the customer experience through close collaboration with both external partners and internal teams.

The team

The account management team supports Deliveroo’s growth by building and managing restaurant relationships. The team acts as a strategic partner to restaurants, combining data, industry knowledge, and hands-on support to help them grow. What you will do

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of mid-market restaurant partners and serve as their main Deliveroo contact.
  • Develop trusted relationships and conduct regular performance and business reviews.
  • Spot and implement opportunities that can raise order volume and improve partner results.
  • Track operational measures and guide partners toward better service quality.
  • Encourage use of Deliveroo’s marketing tools, promotions, and campaign features.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners and helping existing partners expand on the platform.
  • Work with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to solve issues and support partner success.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role within a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong ability to manage relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Commercial thinking with a clear focus on spotting growth opportunities.
  • Comfort using data and performance insights to guide decisions and actions.
  • Good communication and influencing skills with both partners and internal teams.
  • Well-organized approach with the ability to handle several accounts at once.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work through operational issues.
  • Team-oriented mindset with experience working across different functions.
