Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage the mid-market provider segment focused on multi-location healthcare organizations with 100 or more employees.
• Develop, build, and maintain your own sales pipeline, proactively sourcing a substantial portion through strategic outbound efforts.
• Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to identify underlying compliance risks, shifting client perspective from isolated point tools to full compliance programs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams during client handoff to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, reflecting real-time pipeline and forecasting data.
• Analyze and report on territory performance regularly to identify effective strategies and areas needing improvement.
• Stay informed about our platform offerings, competitor products, and the regulatory landscape to provide authoritative insights during all engagements.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proven ability to close deals ranging from $5,000 to $75,000 in value.
• Proficiency with sales automation tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies; familiarity with SPICED is preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills, prioritizing client understanding before presenting solutions.
• A team-oriented mindset valuing collaboration and collective success.
• Background or experience in healthcare, compliance, or B2B SaaS is advantageous.

Salary Details

The position offers a base salary of $85,000 annually with uncapped commission potential. The expected on-target earnings (OTE) range between $130,000 and $150,000 per year.

This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
