Job Description

• Oversee merchandising activities to ensure achievement of sales volume and revenue targets.
• Coordinate weekly planograms and promotional strategies alongside the Key Accounts division.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports and conduct meetings to monitor and steer daily operations within the team and management.
• Manage key performance indicators for both the merchandising team and the department.
• Keep detailed records of market visits to monitor team development and progress.
• Analyze market trends and forecast sales based on current status and product popularity.
• Lead the development, training, and coaching of merchandising staff.
