Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a critical role in ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively presented to customers. Their efforts focus on enhancing the shopping experience, prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout their tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out price updates, rotate merchandise, and undertake special initiatives that optimize product presentation in line with supplier agreements and expectations.
• Implement merchandising strategies to ensure correct product display, ultimately boosting sales performance.
• Construct displays and fixtures using hand and power tools while refreshing signage and promotional materials.
• Operate collaboratively within teams under supervision, servicing multiple store departments.
• Perform physically demanding duties such as frequent lifting, bending, and use of lift equipment.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with store team members and deliver exemplary customer service to both internal colleagues and external shoppers.
• Positions may include day shifts and overnight opportunities; available on full-time or part-time basis.
