Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Merchandiser Retail Team Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting retailers by creating impactful in-store merchandising displays such as end caps and shelf resets. Your efforts will help retailers and suppliers optimize sales potential. Additionally, you will assist management through generating reports and conducting training sessions to support leadership goals.

Working Conditions and Schedule

• Physical involvement including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
• Work schedule is Monday to Thursday with early start times.
• No night shifts or weekend work.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and/or planogram execution.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to document work activities at the end of each shift.
• Reliable local transportation to and within your assigned work area is essential.
• Ability and willingness to travel independently within your designated territory.

Compensation and Development
