About the Role
Advantage Solutions is looking for a Retail Team Lead to support in-store merchandising execution and help improve the shopping experience. The position is focused on making sure products are presented well, stores are set up for strong sales performance, and leadership receives the reporting and support needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will work in retail stores to help with merchandising tasks that support shopper needs and improve product visibility.
- Create and maintain product displays and end caps.
- Reset shelving and organize merchandise according to store and supplier requirements.
- Help maximize sales opportunities through effective in-store presentation.
- Support leadership with reporting and training-related tasks.
Working Conditions and Schedule
- Competitive pay of CAD $17.65 to $18.00 per hour.
- Work availability is required Monday through Thursday.
- Shifts start early in the day.
- No night shifts or weekend work.
- Flexible scheduling is available.
- There are growth opportunities, including promotion from within the company.
Role Requirements
- Ability to handle physical retail work such as bending, standing, moving, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in merchandising and/or planogram work.
- Comfort using a smartphone or tablet to document completed work after each shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work site.
- Willingness to travel locally on your own within the assigned territory.
