Merchandiser (Marketing) - Beverage Company

Role Overview

We are inviting motivated individuals to become part of a well-known beverage firm as Merchandisers focusing on marketing activities without direct sales responsibilities. This position is based in South Kolkata and involves ensuring proper brand representation and product placement at retail locations.

Key Duties

• Maintain consistent product availability at designated retail stores.
• Keep visicoolers clean and functioning correctly.
• Follow company planograms to organize products efficiently.
• Enhance retail execution scores by upholding high merchandising standards.
• Assist with the introduction of new products, brand launches, and refreshed packaging.
• Arrange items to meet merchandising and retail execution guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness of display spaces and promotional materials.
• Develop positive relationships with store personnel.
• Provide regular reports on merchandising activities and store conditions to supervisors.

Candidate Profile

• Education requirement ranges from 10th pass up to graduation level.
• Applicants should be male, aged between 20 and 35 years.
• Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.

Compensation Package

• Monthly remuneration between ₹10,000 and ₹12,000.
• Includes benefits like Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹7,000.
• Travel allowance provided.

Retention Rewards

• ₹3,000 bonus after 90 days.
• ₹6,000 bonus after 180 days.
• ₹10,000 bonus after one year.
