About the Role

DMart is urgently seeking individuals for multiple roles, including Cashier, Refilling Associate, Packer, and Shopper. Located in Ahmedabad, these positions offer a net monthly take home salary of ₹11,500 along with additional benefits such as Provident Fund contributions, ESIC facilities, and Mediclaim insurance coverage.

Job Opportunities and Shifts

There are openings for both part-time and full-time engagements. Part-time applicants can consider 10 available positions, while 2 full-time vacancies are also available. Employees must be prepared to work in rotational shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Cashier: Manage billing and cash transactions accurately, assist customers at checkout, and ensure error-free cash handling.
• Refilling Associate: Replenish shelves with merchandise, organize stock neatly, maintain stock availability, and uphold cleanliness standards in display areas.
• Packer: Carefully pack customer purchases ensuring product safety, and support dispatch and order preparation activities.
• Shopper: Select items according to customer orders, validate the quantity and quality of products, and work closely with the packing staff to ensure order correctness.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants should have completed at least 10th or 12th grade education.
• Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals are welcome to apply.
