Role overview
Sytner Group is seeking a driven Warranty Administrator to join its Mercedes-Benz Colindale dealership in London. The role focuses on ensuring warranty administration is handled accurately and efficiently to support excellent customer service.
What you will do
In this position, you will manage the costing and invoicing of all warranty-related work. You will also submit warranty and goodwill claims each day, make sure recalls are processed correctly, and keep warranty debt under control. Maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards at all times is a key part of the job.
Working pattern
This role involves flexible working arrangements and may include weekends, depending on business needs and service requirements.
About you
Prior administrative experience is required. Experience in the motor industry and familiarity with the Kerridge system would be helpful, although neither is essential for the right candidate.
You should be highly organised, comfortable balancing competing priorities, and able to stay effective in a busy and demanding setting. Strong people skills are also important, along with the ability to build positive working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
