About the Role

Mercedes-Benz of Colindale is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Host to become a key part of our welcoming team. In this role, you will bring passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand to life, creating a memorable and engaging environment for all visitors.

Your primary duties include greeting customers as they arrive, efficiently directing them to the appropriate departments, and offering refreshments to enhance their experience. Additionally, you will manage inbound calls, ensuring prompt and accurate connection to the correct team members. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, including weekend shifts, to maintain exceptional service levels for all customers.

About You

You will serve as the first impression for clients and visitors, both over the phone and in-person. A warm, cheerful demeanor combined with effective communication skills is essential. Your proactive approach and use of initiative will help craft personalized, bespoke experiences for every customer.

Key to your success will be strong organizational and preparation abilities, plus a sharp attention to detail. You will also collaborate closely with management and dealership staff to anticipate customer needs and contribute positively to their visit.
