Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines is preferred
- At least five years of proven experience as an MEP Estimator or in a related role within the UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out accurate estimation tasks specific to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Possess strong expertise in MEP systems, building materials, and construction procedures
- Utilize estimation tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar software proficiently
- Effectively analyze and interpret MEP drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Apply strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in the estimation process
- Demonstrate excellent capabilities in communication and negotiation to liaise with stakeholders
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in cost calculations
