Role Overview
Padgham Collaborative Management, under its brand Collaborative Cost Management India (CCM India), is a reputed independent consultancy specializing in comprehensive quantity surveying, cost management, and project controls across Australia and India. We are seeking a dedicated Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager with expertise in Civil and MEP disciplines to join our Bengaluru team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and produce precise cost estimates.
- Work closely with the project team to handle contract administration efficiently.
- Perform thorough rate analyses aimed at optimizing project costs.
- Oversee and manage the budgeting process for civil and MEP work packages from initial conceptualization through to project closure.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any engineering discipline.
