We are seeking a seasoned Mental Health Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Department of Labor's Office of Job Corps Health & Wellness Program. The SME will offer expert knowledge, technical guidance, policy support, conduct assessments, reporting, and collaborate with government stakeholders to enhance adolescent behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized consultation related to adolescent and young adult mental health
- Facilitate ROCA/ROTA assessments to evaluate behavioral health needs
- Examine client records and provide informed recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive reports and develop training resources
- Support policy execution and promote continuous quality improvements within programs
Qualifications
- Licensed psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or MSW with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Job Corps operations, behavioral health frameworks, and trauma-informed care methodologies
