- Work with museum leadership and external programming partners to spot and engage prospective members.
- Create and roll out tailored membership offers, benefits, and experiences such as private tours, exclusive previews, and custom events.
- Track the performance of membership initiatives and use insights from the data to recommend improvements.
- Partner with the development team to align tier-based engagement efforts with the wider membership strategy.
- Plan and deliver exclusive events for different membership levels, maintaining a high standard of quality and personalization.

- Spot opportunities for deeper participation, including patron programs, board involvement, or philanthropic activities where suitable.
- Support annual giving reports and impact summaries for high-net-worth individual and institutional members.
- Collaborate with the Communications Specialist on digital and print materials for member tiers, ensuring the content remains aligned with brand standards and a refined tone.
- Contribute to social media and public relations efforts that showcase member initiatives and events.
- Provide input into the development and ongoing enhancement of digital tools used for the membership program, including CRM systems, the company website membership section, and the membership app.
- Keep accurate records of member interactions, event participation, and program outcomes in the CRM.
- Review membership data to identify patterns and insights that can strengthen engagement.
- Prepare recurring reports on membership metrics to support department planning and measure program performance.
- Complete additional duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, membership, or development, ideally with a strong focus on member engagement and event planning for high-profile or exclusive audiences.
Strong command of CRM platforms, membership management tools, and Microsoft Office is required, along with excellent interpersonal communication, discretion, and emotional intelligence. An understanding of communication with high-net-worth individuals is also important.
