Role Overview
We are looking for an Outbound Member Solutions Consultant to join our Contact Centre team located in West Perth. This position entails being a primary point of contact for our members and engaging them through outgoing communication to provide personalized service regarding their RAC policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to RAC members.
- Engage in meaningful discussions with existing members about their current RAC products.
- Offer assistance and general guidance to new members.
- Focus on conversion rates rather than direct product sales.
- Maintain consistent outreach during standard business hours.
Working Hours
This role is full-time and permanent, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Candidate Profile
- Well-versed in computer systems with the ability to navigate multiple platforms confidently while communicating with members.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with measurable KPIs and sales targets, both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills capable of building strong rapport.
- Empathetic approach and resilience when addressing member concerns and difficult situations.
- Must possess full Australian work rights.
