About the Organization
Westfield FC was established in 1950 and has served its local football community for over 75 years. The club currently plays in the 8th tier of English football and is supported by an ambitious investor group focused on creating a sustainable, community-led club with meaningful long-term potential. The broader vision is to progress through the English football pyramid and, in time, reach the English Football League through thoughtful investment, strong leadership, and active community involvement. Each season, Westfield FC also takes part in FA Cup and FA Trophy qualifying rounds, offering opportunities to compete on a national stage while building success on and off the field.
About the Role
Westfield FC is looking for experienced professionals, business founders, sports leaders, investors, and football supporters to serve on its Board of Advisors. In this role, you will help raise the club’s profile, grow its network, spot strategic opportunities, and contribute to its long-term development. This is a chance to join an ownership group that is committed to building a football club with lasting impact.
The club is specifically interested in advisors based in Germany who can help represent Westfield FC and strengthen its presence in that market and related networks.
Responsibilities
- Represent and advocate for Westfield FC within your professional and personal circles.
- Connect the club with prospective sponsors, commercial collaborators, investors, and other strategic contacts.
- Offer strategic input on club expansion, marketing, fundraising, commercial partnerships, and community outreach.
- Contribute to income-generating and brand-building activities where relevant.
- Attend occasional advisory sessions and share input on priority decisions and initiatives.
Preferred Profile
- Strong interest in football and the wider sports business.
- Background as an executive, entrepreneur, investor, adviser, or senior business professional.
- A well-developed network that can support the club’s growth plans.
- Interest in sports investment, football operations, sponsorship, or community development.
- Clear communication and strong relationship-building ability.

This advisory position is compensated through sweat equity, linked to the advisor’s contribution and the club’s long-term success.
