Medical Services Executive

Role summary

The Medical Services Executive will help run smooth clinical operations at Morrow Flagship in Singapore. Working under the Head of Clinical Operations and closely with the Medical Services Lead, nursing staff, zone managers, allied health professionals, and clinical experts, this role keeps patient journeys organised, service standards consistent, and day-to-day medical support running efficiently within a lifestyle interventions clinic.

What the role involves

• Manage daily medical service activities and coordinate multidisciplinary appointments such as diagnostics and allied health visits so patient movement stays seamless.
• Keep appointment schedules, room usage, and patient flow organised to improve throughput and reduce delays.
• Make sure clinical rooms are ready for use and that service handovers between stations happen without disruption.
• Guide patients through the screening process, accompany them between service points, and help reduce uncertainty, discomfort, and waiting time.
• Offer attentive, personalised support throughout the visit, including refreshments and comfort-related assistance.
• Act as the first point of contact for patient questions, concerns, and complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
• Support accurate handling of records, consent forms, and medical documents in line with MOH retention rules and PDPA requirements.
• Help implement SOPs and operational processes, and raise gaps in scheduling, patient communication, service delivery, or coordination.
• Assist with data collection for quality improvement reviews and patient satisfaction surveys.
• Work with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and the wider executive team to deliver a coordinated service experience.

Requirements

• A diploma in any field is required.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, PDPA, and proper documentation practices.
• Comfortable using healthcare systems such as EMR and scheduling platforms, along with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication ability, good presentation skills, and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience in clinics is preferred; former flight attendants with strong service, communication, and coordination strengths are also highly valued.
• Must be willing to undergo AED and CPR training for emergency situations.
• Interest in preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine, and longevity medicine is an advantage.
• Must align strongly with the organisation’s purpose and values.
