About the Role
This position is part of a service undergoing a redesign and improvement initiative, which may lead to structural and role changes under the Trust's Organisational Change Policy. The Trust supports staff through these transformations ensuring fair and transparent decision-making.
We are seeking a proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic administrative professional to join our busy team at Harvey House within the Bay Network. As an integral member, you will deliver outstanding administrative and communication support, adapting flexibly to service demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative services to specified Consultants and their Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
- Coordinate tasks and workloads with other medical secretaries and administrative staff for efficient and confidential service delivery.
- Support the Consultant team by accurately typing clinic letters, correspondence, tribunal reports, and references, meeting designated deadlines and quality standards.
- Organize meetings such as Consultant meetings, Post Incident Reviews, CPA meetings, Complex Needs meetings, and others as requested.
- Prepare, distribute, and take minutes of meetings for the Consultant team and associated groups.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience in administration including minute taking and audio typing.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy notably Microsoft Office and various systems.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
