Medical Sales Specialist - Saudi Arabia

Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Sales Specialist (Territory Manager) for Saudi Arabia who will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives within an assigned region. This individual will drive sales growth for division products, ensuring alignment with company policies and national sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to existing and prospective clients in both private and government healthcare sectors.
• Handle all telesales efforts, including scheduling appointments for field sales team within the territory.
• Promote product quality by identifying client needs, showcasing product advantages, closing sales, managing orders, and ensuring proper product use.
• Collaborate with field sales colleagues to identify key contacts who use our high-end product lines.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial inquiries via email and phone.
• Work closely with Sales Management on tender and contract opportunities to meet customer needs and achieve regional sales targets.
• Organize and conduct professional training sessions for healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge and best practices.
• Follow up with customers post-training to evaluate effectiveness and impact on sales growth.
• Analyze conditions at hospitals individually, identify decision-makers or influencers, explore new customer opportunities, plan schedules efficiently, and maintain timely reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales objectives.

Experience & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical sales is essential.
• Familiarity with NUPCO processes and workflow is a must.
• Prior experience in infection prevention is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and analyze business data effectively.
