The Role

This position is uniquely designed for writers specializing in healthcare and medical content who prioritize quality, deep industry understanding, and strategic growth over rapid content generation or AI-assisted writing. You will begin by crafting high-quality blogs, articles, and case studies spanning healthcare and other diverse domains to build expertise, which evolves into strategic contribution and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Craft 1-2 meticulously researched, well-structured blog posts daily using internal frameworks.
• Convert complex medical and healthcare information into clear, user-centric content.
• Perform SEO keyword research and analysis tailored to client needs.
• Iteratively improve content quality based on feedback and performance data.
• Maintain proactive communication with a remote US-based team during EST working hours.
• Advance from content creation to involvement in longer-term content strategies.

You will engage with content related to medical and healthcare services including pain management, sports medicine, minimally invasive procedures, music therapy for neurological conditions, behavioral therapies, forex trading, financial instruments, SaaS platforms, construction, and e-commerce, among others.

Growth Path

• Bootcamp Phase (0-1 month): Intensive training in writing, research, and core frameworks focused on mastery of manual content creation and strategic thinking foundations.
• Core Team (1-6 months): Full contributor role with responsibility for quality, schedules, and content strategy understanding.
