Role Overview

We are seeking an SEO Research & Content Assistant who will start by writing quality blog posts, articles, and case studies across diverse fields such as finance, hospitality, healthcare, construction, and e-commerce. This is not a standard writing job; instead, writing serves as a method for learning industries, understanding client businesses, and cultivating strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will move beyond execution into strategic ownership over time, contributing to content strategy, client goals, and eventually leadership in project management and team guidance. This trajectory spans 6 months to 3 years, aimed at grooming long-term thinkers who can step into executive roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Compose 1-2 meticulously researched and structured blog posts daily using internal frameworks
• Convert complex subject matter into clear, user-centric, well-organized content
• Perform SEO keyword research and analyze client websites
• Refine and improve content continuously based on performance data and feedback
• Maintain proactive communication within a remote, US-hour-based team
• Lend input to evolving content strategy as experience grows

Brands and Industries Covered

Work will involve topics such as forex brokers, proprietary trading, wealth management, financial markets (including bonds, commodities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, indices, and options), SaaS platforms, healthcare, construction, and consumer products.

• No usage of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for content creation
• Strict zero-tolerance policy on AI-generated writing to preserve originality and quality
• Human-authored content is valued for uniqueness and knowledge creation; AI content is generic and fleeting
• Content created should be a knowledge source referenced by AI, not competing with it
• Manual content creation promotes deeper learning, critical thinking, and expertise development

Additional Information

• The hiring process includes an introductory group call, values and vision assessment, and technical writing evaluation

• Salary range offered is between 600000 and 1000000 INR per year
• Work shift is during US Eastern Standard Time hours translating to approximately 6 PM to 2:30 AM IST
