Overview
This position is with a healthcare concierge services employer in the United States. The role supports the coordination of services and resources for injured workers while working in a professional, in-office environment. Role Responsibilities
- Sort and route files to the right team members, then begin outreach to employers, clients, claimants, and medical providers as needed.
- Own assigned caseloads and keep both digital and physical records organized and current.
- Work with professionals from different disciplines and maintain updates for participating providers.
- Handle incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate person, and process documents using standard office equipment.
- Keep building job knowledge and product/service understanding through ongoing training.
Requirements
- Background in roles such as CNA, Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Aide, or a comparable field.
- Prior exposure to workers’ compensation or disability work is considered an advantage.
- Intermediate computer ability, with solid working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Basic familiarity with medical reports and the ability to look up evidence-based guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or associate degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Comfort showing empathy toward people who are injured or living with disabilities.
- Strong organization habits and the ability to follow structured procedures.
- Good time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
