About Panoramic Health
Join the team at Panoramic Health as a Medical Administrative Assistant, providing crucial administrative support to the Board of Directors, Physician Leaders, and Operations Leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer confidential assistance to physicians and other senior personnel.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas and materials.
- Ensure meeting execution including setup, follow-up tasks, and cleanup.
- Coordinate staff attendance for regional and statewide events.
- Manage phone communications, handle emails, sort and distribute mail, and maintain confidentiality.
- Arrange calendars, meetings, conferences, and appointments efficiently.
- Organize travel plans, confirm bookings, and track travel activities.
- Provide telephone support specifically for directors.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external contacts associated with Panoramic Health.
- Create and present various scheduled and on-demand reports including narrative and statistical data.
- Maintain complex filing systems accurately.
- Support office staff and external business associates when necessary.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent education/experience combination yielding similar skills.
- At least two years of recent, substantive office support experience in a medical office or practice.
- Typing speed between 60 and 75 words per minute is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with skills spanning Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Capable of professional communication and interaction with senior management and Board of Directors.
