Job overview
This position is for an experienced Media Buyer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role offers a salary of up to AED 6,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and overall fit for the role.
The selected professional will be responsible for planning, running, and improving paid advertising activity across multiple digital channels. The focus of the role is on performance, efficient budget use, and delivering strong return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and continuously refine paid campaigns across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms.
- Oversee advertising budgets and work to achieve the best possible return and profitability.
- Review campaign results, prepare performance reports, and turn data into practical recommendations.
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and campaign approaches to improve outcomes.
- Track important metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to create effective ads and campaign assets.
- Spot opportunities for growth and apply tactics to increase campaign scale.
- Keep pace with updates, trends, and changes in digital advertising platforms.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Media Buyer, Paid Ads Specialist, or Performance Marketing role.
- Practical experience handling paid advertising for e-commerce businesses.
- Hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Strong ability to read, understand, and act on campaign data.
- Demonstrated success in improving ad performance and meeting business goals.
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics tools, and optimization methods.
Compensation
Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
