Role Overview
We are seeking qualified Diploma or ITI certified Mechanical Fitter Engineers who are capable of interpreting AutoCAD drawings and possess experience or interest in machine production, manufacturing, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), hydraulics, and assembly. The position involves responsibilities in site installation and commissioning of machinery.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical fitting tasks focused on machine assembly.
- Interpret and work from AutoCAD drawings accurately.
- Engage in manufacturing processes related to machines and SPMs.
- Handle site installation and commissioning activities efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or ITI certification in any engineering specialization.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Committed to a minimum 3-year service bond due to critical defense projects and technology sensitivity.
Additional Terms
The company enforces a strict three-year bond for Diploma and ITI employees to maintain consistency during long-term projects. The bond amount equals six months’ cost to company (CTC). Annual salary increments of at least 15% are guaranteed, with increases potentially higher based on performance.
Interview Process
Daily walk-in interviews take place from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including a written test. Online interviews are also available via application through the company careers portal or direct contact with the recruitment lead.
Compensation
The annual salary ranges between 200,000 and 400,000 INR, reflecting the candidate’s experience and performance.
