What you will do

- Apply New Zealand codes and standards to maintain quality, compliance and technical integrity across projects.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing, to keep work moving effectively.
- Use or guide modelling work in Inventor, AutoCAD and similar tools for accurate mechanical system design.
- Approach problems with creative, pragmatic thinking to produce effective project outcomes.
- Identify technical risks and help develop strategies to reduce or manage them.
- Work collaboratively in a team setting and contribute to a positive project environment.
- Maintain strong client relationships and align engineering solutions with client objectives.
