Position Overview
We are looking for a committed Mathematics Teacher (m/w/d) for the academic year 2026/2027, starting on August 20, 2026, at Privatgymnasium Stadtkrone in Dortmund.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, modern instruction aligned with curricular goals and company guidelines.
- Support students' development into responsible, self-reliant individuals.
- Address the needs of both underperforming and exceptionally gifted learners.
- Provide lessons commensurate with your subject qualifications, including preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Continuously improve teaching methods and content both qualitatively and didactically.
- Prepare, administer, correct, and evaluate tests and examinations.
- Potentially serve as a class teacher, managing organizational tasks and acting as a point of contact for students and parents.
- Actively participate in school life, contributing to projects and cooperation with students and parents.
- Engage in administrative tasks related to school and classroom management, such as attendance tracking and documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Completed university degree (Master's or Diplom) in the relevant subject field; ideally a teaching degree (second state examination).
- Career changers are welcome, with internal training provided.

- Strong sense of personal responsibility.
