Role Overview

This role is responsible for receiving and kitting parts, while maintaining full traceability for all items that enter the kitting area. You will support assigned engine or module builds by ensuring picking and kitting work is completed accurately and within the required timeframe. The position also covers scheduled and ad-hoc operational tasks related to parts movement for build and repair activities across the facility.

Key Duties

Daily work will include picking, kitting, build preparation, and packing activities completed against target timelines. You will ensure the assigned engine or module is fully supported and released in line with brick plans and build sequencing. The job also requires timely status reporting to the Crew Supervisor and management, coordination for build requirements, and ensuring parts are received into kitting on time.

In addition, you will process ZMKIT transactions in SAP to maintain traceability and accountability when items are received. The role may also involve urgent retrieval of parts for reverse logistics or emergency/out-of-build production needs.

Safety, Quality, Audit and Warehouse Support

You will follow all safety requirements, use PPE correctly, and help maintain a safe workplace. You are also expected to ensure received parts meet internal and regulatory quality standards, and escalate any issues when needed. Support may be required for HSE and Quality teams during ad-hoc shifts. The role includes assisting with movement of parts to and from the external warehouse, including monitoring stock movements and triggering retrieval actions when necessary.

Attendance and Handover

Timely attendance updates must be provided to leaders in accordance with the Employee Handbook to support accountability. At the end of each shift, proper handover is required, including clear updates on engine or module status, parts condition, and any pending actions.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants should have at least GCE “N” Levels, SPM, or an equivalent qualification, together with a minimum of 2 years of relevant logistics experience. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, along with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, is important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred. Forklift operation skills or a valid forklift license will be an added advantage.
