Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is a joint venture formed by Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. Established in 2001, the organisation has grown into a leading provider of engine overhaul and component repair services.
With steady business expansion, SAESL has continued to increase its facility footprint and build new capabilities across its engine overhaul and component repair operations. Its engine overhaul division is equipped to service the full Trent engine family, including Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000, and Trent XWB. SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO able to support every product variant in the family. The division can repair and overhaul more than 300 Trent engines each year and operates a modern Engine Test Facility that helps deliver industry-leading turnaround times.

Job Responsibilities
- Align daily priorities using inputs from the Master Scheduler, CR Planner, and ICRON schedule
- Work with the Cell Lead to plan and fine-tune the day’s workload
- Coordinate with the Material Kitting team so repair spares are available on time
- Sequence operations by factoring in machine capacity and tooling limitations within controlled procedures
- Monitor parts progress against the estimated completion date to keep schedules on track
- Follow and review OMat usage trends while keeping safety stock levels visible
- Support communication across functions to maintain a smooth flow of work
- Identify delays in the ICRON scheduling system, escalate them, and prepare reports as needed
- Confirm that all tools used in the cell are properly calibrated and meet operational standards
Qualification / Experience
- A diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required
- Previous experience in planning will be considered an advantage
