Role Overview
We are seeking multiple Matchday and Events Assistants to join on a casual basis. Reporting to the Supporter Experience team, this position involves aiding the orchestration of both Women’s and Men’s matches and other crucial events at Emirates Stadium. The goal is to foster an exceptional stadium atmosphere and deliver a highly positive experience for attendees.

Primary Responsibilities
- Help coordinate matchday production preparations, including executing in-bowl entertainment and both internal and external event activations.
- Collaborate with matchday teams to support scheduling and overall operations ensuring smooth delivery of all activities.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the supporter experience through process improvements.
- Contribute innovative ideas that help shape memorable events resonating with the global fan base.
- Assist the Supporter Experience team in delivering exceptional touchpoints for fans and other participants.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a unified approach.
- Adhere to health, safety, and safeguarding protocols throughout event execution.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all matchday and event attendees.
Working Hours
This casual role involves working evenings and weekends in line with matchday schedules at Emirates Stadium and other venues as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles within a proactive and event-driven environment.
- Demonstrated involvement in planning and delivering large-scale events in sports or entertainment sectors.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage diverse tasks under fast-paced operational conditions.
- A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service, thriving in client-focused settings.
- Flexibility to work across varied shifts, including evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
