Overview
The Processor HRM is a key resource responsible for accurately managing employee data updates, including hiring, job data changes, personal data modifications, and terminations, adhering strictly to standard operating procedures. This role involves managing workflows to resolve employee and customer issues. The individual will collaborate with managers to identify process improvements by pinpointing issues, process delays, and quality concerns, taking ownership of implementing effective solutions.

- SAP & Excel Knowledge
- Communication, Comprehending and articulation skills
Formal Education & Certification
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- SAP knowledge
- Advance computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
- Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach
- Working Experience in Employee Data Management Process.
- Typing speed of 30 wpm with 100% accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Mass uploads for data changes: Terms, Seniority Dates, and Minimum Wage.
