It works closely with operations and the Field People + Culture team to help build a reliable pipeline for both existing restaurants and future locations.
What you will do

You should be comfortable sourcing for high-volume, multi-location leadership roles and confident advising operations partners during hiring decisions. Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and time management are important. Experience with applicant tracking systems is required, and familiarity with HARRI is an advantage.
