Role Overview
This position is for a Technical Recruiter focused on IT hiring in Coimbatore. The role is structured as a permanent full-time opportunity and follows a hybrid working arrangement.
Work Schedule
Working hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST.
Candidate Profile
The employer is open to a recent graduate from HR or a related field who brings strong communication abilities, a hardworking attitude, and the willingness to learn quickly. Candidates with 2+ years of experience are also considered.
Skills and Experience
Applicants should have prior exposure to technical recruitment. Experience with end-to-end hiring workflows is preferred. A background in recruiting for the Australia market is an added advantage. Strong written and verbal communication, confidence in speaking, and familiarity with sourcing through professional networks are important for success in this role.
