Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, professional spa massages focusing on either body or foot treatments, adhering to established spa standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold service quality standards throughout all customer interactions.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderly upkeep of spa facilities, including treatment rooms and common areas.
- Prepare necessary treatment supplies, manage inventory replenishment, and maintain sufficient towels and other essentials.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Follow directives and guidelines as provided by the Spa Manager to ensure smooth operations.
