Massage Therapist

Position Summary

The Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic massage services aimed at promoting relaxation and aiding client recovery while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Relaxation, Head-Neck-Shoulder massages, and preferably Foot Reflexology.
• Adapting techniques based on client comfort and offering guidance on post-session care and wellness.
• Greeting clients warmly, reviewing their health histories prior to treatment, and maintaining confidentiality alongside detailed treatment records.
• Ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are prepared, sanitized, and stocked before sessions.
• Collaborating with medical and clinic staff on clients’ combined wellness or aesthetic therapy plans.
• Participating in clinic wellness promotions and upholding professional behavior and standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Physiotherapy Assistance, or related discipline.
• Preferred minimum one year of experience in wellness centers, spas, dermatology clinics, luxury salons, or healthcare environments.
• Fresh graduates with certification and strong practical skills encouraged to apply.

• Sound understanding of human anatomy and therapeutic wellness interventions.
• Neat appearance and rigorous hygiene adherence.
• Effective bilingual communication in Tamil and English.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹30,000, determined by experience and competency.

Schedule

Workdays from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
