Job overview

Rotana Hotels is seeking an energetic, self-driven Recreation professional to support its guest wellness and leisure services in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver body treatments and massage services that help guests and leisure club members relax, recover, and enjoy a better overall experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out massage sessions using techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and stroking to improve circulation, ease tight muscles, and address related concerns.
  • Provide steam, dry-heat, ultraviolet, infrared, or water-based treatments when requested by the customer.
  • Guide clients on supportive activities, including reducing or remedial exercises.
  • Keep accurate records of the treatments delivered to each customer.
  • Maintain neat, well-prepared treatment rooms and ensure supplies such as towels, candles, and oils are available.
  • Handle reservations for massage services and other treatment packages when needed.
  • Deliver every task in a polished, professional way that leaves guests fully satisfied.
  • Stay familiar with club facilities and membership pricing details.
  • Maintain excellent personal hygiene standards at all times.

Education, qualifications and experience

The company is looking for a certified Massage Therapist, preferably with international experience in a similar hotel or spa setting. Strong massage skills, a good command of English, and solid interpersonal abilities are important for success in this role.

The right candidate should have practical spa experience, a strong service mindset, and a genuine desire to help others feel better through outstanding customer care.
