Role overview
Rotana Hotels is hiring a Guest Service Agent in Riyadh to deliver a polished and welcoming guest experience. This role focuses on supporting guests throughout their stay, resolving questions or concerns promptly, and helping ensure every interaction reflects high service standards.
Key duties
- Welcome arriving guests and guide them through the check-in process.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and complaints with professionalism and speed.
- Share details about hotel offerings, facilities, and nearby places of interest.
- Handle payments, complete guest check-out, and verify billing accuracy.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
- Keep the front desk tidy, organized, and ready for smooth operations.
Candidate profile
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid people skills.
- Comfortable managing several tasks at once in a busy environment.
- Good judgment and the ability to stay composed when handling challenging situations.
- Working knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer use.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
