Role overview

Key duties

• Welcome arriving guests and guide them through the check-in process.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and complaints with professionalism and speed.
• Share details about hotel offerings, facilities, and nearby places of interest.
• Handle payments, complete guest check-out, and verify billing accuracy.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
• Keep the front desk tidy, organized, and ready for smooth operations.

Candidate profile

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid people skills.
• Comfortable managing several tasks at once in a busy environment.
• Good judgment and the ability to stay composed when handling challenging situations.
• Working knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer use.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
