Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and driven fresh graduates to join our team as Marketing & Sales Executives. This role involves identifying and applying for pertinent projects and job opportunities on multiple freelancing and professional platforms, generating business leads, communicating with potential clients, and assisting with business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research appropriate projects and job opportunities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Bark, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other freelancing and lead-generation sites.
- Submit tailored proposals and bids for relevant projects.
- Craft personalized cover letters and client communications.
- Generate new leads and uncover business opportunities through thorough online research.
- Maintain ongoing follow-ups with prospective clients and stay engaged with their responses.
- Keep detailed daily reports on applications submitted, leads generated, and client replies received.
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand services offered and client requirements.
- Support overall sales and marketing efforts to meet organizational goals.
- Build and nurture professional client relationships.
