Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Marketing Project Lead in Ireland, working fully remotely for a partner company that handles the application process and hiring steps. The role combines marketing strategy, project coordination, and client management, with responsibility for guiding multiple brands toward measurable marketing outcomes.

You will serve as the main link between clients and internal teams, making sure that plans, execution, and performance all stay tied to business goals. The position calls for both strategic judgment and practical delivery, including building roadmaps, setting performance indicators, and driving campaigns and content work forward in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.

What you'll do

  • Create and steer complete marketing plans for assigned clients, setting priorities, roadmaps, KPIs, and action plans that support business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for strategic conversations, expectation management, and clear recommendations backed by data.
  • Coordinate delivery across several brands and campaigns, working with internal teams and external partners to protect quality, timing, and alignment.
  • Track campaign and project performance, monitor key metrics, and provide concise reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Keep marketing work moving smoothly by managing scope, addressing issues, and holding contributors accountable for delivery.
  • Turn client objectives into structured marketing plans that produce measurable results and business value.
  • Help refine workflows and ways of working to improve efficiency, clarity, and consistency across active projects.

What the role requires

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account management, or a similar client-facing marketing function.
  • Demonstrated ability to design marketing strategies, define KPIs, and build execution roadmaps aligned to business goals.
  • Experience managing multiple clients or brands at the same time in a busy, high-pressure setting.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions, including the ability to guide discussions, influence decisions, and earn trust.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance measurement in marketing work.
  • Comfort using tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-powered productivity software.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills, plus a high degree of ownership and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-oriented environment with limited supervision.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Benefits and work environment

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.
  • 100% remote flexibility, with the freedom to work from anywhere.
  • High autonomy with meaningful decision-making responsibility.
  • Outcome-focused culture with minimal bureaucracy and little to no micromanagement.
  • Ongoing learning support, including training and skill-development opportunities.
  • Paid holidays, vacation time, personal leave, and sick leave.
  • Chances to join team-building activities and industry events.
  • Collaborative, creative workplace centered on growth, accountability, and impact.
