Role Responsibilities

• Detect genuine commercial opportunities, focusing on businesses encumbered by costly debt.
• Identify property owners requiring refinancing and developers looking for project funds.
• Spot companies restricted by bank lending policies needing alternative financing solutions.
• Deliver concise opportunity summaries for potential clients and facilitate introductions to our expert team.

Compensation Details

This position offers an attractive referral fee of $20,000 for each client successfully connected who secures funding exceeding $10 million, contingent upon completion and agreed terms.
