Marketing Operations Specialist

Position Summary

This role is a 12-month marketing operations consulting contract with potential for conversion, based remotely within the United States. The hourly pay range is between $30 and $39.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of vital marketing campaign components, including requesting, tracking, and communicating the status of deeplinks, toll-free numbers, Bitly links, chat links, and tracking assets to stakeholders.
• Serve as the operational liaison across multiple teams, gathering requirements and orchestrating the deployment of campaign materials.
• Simultaneously oversee various operational workflows, ensuring timely delivery of tracking assets against strict deadlines.
• Maintain and update the central campaign calendar and code management platform (CMP) code list to ensure alignment and data accuracy across all active programs.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Program Manager on campaign testing to confirm that all tracking links and codes operate flawlessly prior to campaign launches.
• Produce polished, visually engaging executive-level presentation slides as needed to highlight operational achievements and campaign readiness.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree plus at least 3 years of relevant experience which may include professional marketing roles, military experience, or specialized training.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing operations within agency or client-side environments, focusing on campaign execution or CRM-related tasks.
• Strong familiarity with managing digital marketing assets such as deeplinks, vanity URLs, toll-free numbers, and tracking codes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at varying organizational levels.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capability to prioritize multiple tactical tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications, particularly skilled in preparing concise and impactful executive-level presentations summarizing operational activities.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate ranges from $30 to $39 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits commence from the first day of employment and include options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Enrollment eligibility for the 401(k) retirement plan starts after 90 days. Additional benefits include paid sick leave and other paid time off in accordance with local regulations.
